Ezgi Aslantekin is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Management and Governance at the UNSW Business School. She is currently working on her thesis with a focus on uncovering individual adaptation in a changing work contexts. Ezgi's research interests involve employee adaptation performance, the role of individual differences in adapting effectively, and changes occuring in the workplaces.
