School of Management and Governance
Gabrielle is a pre-doctoral student at UNSW Business School's School of Management and Governance. Her research interests lie broadly in management and organisation studies, including how governance, institutions, and organisational dynamics shape decision-making, adaptation, and performance.
Before commencing at UNSW, Gabrielle spent more than ten years working across law, management consulting, and industry. She previously worked as a commercial litigator at Allens Linklaters and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Drawing on this professional background, she is interested in the challenges organisations and professionals face in navigating complexity, change, and competing demands.
