Lingfeng Lyu is a third-year PhD student at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and the ARC Centre of Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR). His research primarily centers on the utilization of reverse mortgage products to access home equity after retirement, an area that has the potential to greatly impact the quality of life for retirees. His work also delves into the relationship between house prices and the larger economic landscape, as well as the development and application of time series models for better understanding these phenomena.
