Sacha is currently a PhD Student, pursuing research in the field of personality change. Sacha seeks to unravel the complexities of human behaviour and understand what motivates individuals, exploring their individual differences and habits. Sacha also has interests in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour and Psychology.
