Vincent Fitzgerald Trajano
Vincent is a full-time Master of Pre-Doctoral Business Studies (MPDBS) student at the UNSW Business School, School of Management and Governance. With a professional background in operations and service delivery management across the financial services, insurance, and IT sectors, his research explores strategic and innovation management in evolving organisational contexts, and the role of emerging technologies in reshaping work, structure, and leadership. His interests are drawn from his experience working with cross-cultural and interdisciplinary teams on large-scale technology and process transformation initiatives. He has contributed to research projects on collaboration in intergovernmental organisations, and social capital. He is also passionate about teaching and has tutored Business Decision Making and Global Business Environments at UNSW, as well as Business Communication at Macquarie University.
