Wenyin Bu
Wenyin is a casual academic and PhD candidate in the School of Management and Governance, UNSW Business School, UNSW Sydney. Her research focuses on the employees' responses to organizational change, especially the psychological processes and the effect of emotional intelligence. She is also interested in and doing quantitative data analysis.
Prior to joining academia, she worked in consulting with a focus on lean startup and organization's return on investment for proactive management of mental health risks.
