Zeb is a PhD candidate in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School. His research focus is on workplace culture, including HR implementation, teams, trust, workplace climate, and change management.
Zeb is also an employment lawyer, currently at the level of Senior Associate. He is focused on leveraging both academic and professional experience to assist workplaces to be more productive, healthy and collaborative.
