Zixuan is a PhD candidate in the School of Social Sciences within UNSW’s Faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture. Her research focuses on risk assessment in youth justice. In particular, she examines how practitioners gather, interpret and translate information into assessment outcomes, as well as how the assessment process is experienced by the young people being assessed.
