Bio
I am a full-time Research Officer at the Implementation to Impact (i2i) Lab within the School of Population Health at UNSW. I hold a Master’s degree in Global Health and work across multiple projects that apply implementation science frameworks with a strong emphasis on real-world impact. My current work includes the Precision Care Clinics Initiative, which aims to integrate genomic research into routine cancer care. This project focuses on embedding molecular genetic interpretation and insights into clinical care pathways for patients with complex cancers.
I have also contributed to several projects centred on translating research evidence into practice, supporting the effective implementation of evidence-based interventions within healthcare settings. I have experience in qualitative research and implementation science, having conducted numerous interviews across a range of topics. These include unmet supportive care needs among men with prostate cancer; clinicians’ experiences of informed financial consent; clinical care pathways; and the experiences of people living with cancer during the COVID‑19 pandemic, with a particular focus on culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and individuals residing in regional and rural areas.
