Session 1: LinkedIn - Tips and guidance to developing a professional platform

Details: The instructor will take you through the various elements of LinkedIn, including the privacy settings and how to connect to Alumni and locate jobs. You will also be guided on how to post an article or post.

Session 2: Key components of an effective CV and considerations of selection criteria for jobs in health and public health

Details: You will be guided through an exemplar CV and components. What to include and what not to include. You will also be provided with examples of selection criteria and how to address these for job applications in health and public health positions.

Session 3: Mastering interview techniques

Details: You will be guided through effective interview techniques and how to be successful in an interview. You will also be guided to address common behavioural questions.

Mode: This is an in person 1:1 session with Dr Cherie Lucas, held in the UNSW Health Translation Hub. Exact location details will be provided on registration.
