An information session will be held on 4th October, 2007 between 12:30pm and 2:00pm in OMB151
National Australia Bank (NAB) is looking to take on students as summer interns from December 2007 through to January 2008. The Financial Mathematics group at UNSW is organising an information session with presentations by NAB
representatives:
NAB is primarily looking for students who have completed at least two years of full-time study (or equivalent - i.e. typically one year to go at university) in a quantitative discipline, e.g. mathematics, physics, engineering or computing.
A background in finance is a secondary concern. The interns would be placed in the "front office" and "market risk" areas of the bank, gaining exposure to financial markets, trading, financial engineering and risk management, as well as related IT and software engineering support functions.
