UNSW Graduates come top at Design Institute of Australia (NSW) Graduate of the Year Awards

Last night one of our recent graduates Griffen Manan was awarded graduate of the year at the Design Institute of Australia (NSW) Graduate of the Year Awards.
Griffen was awarded First Prize in the category of Interior Design, and Trent Schatzmann another recent graduate was awarded joint Second Prize (with UTS).
This is a great result for the BIA program and all staff involved. Projects from both 3rd and 4th Year were submitted for the awards. Particular congratulations go to Bruce Watson and his team of sessional staff in Year 3, Bill MacMahon and his team of sessional staff in the Graduation Studio and to Sue Serle and her team of sessional staff in Project Research, the lead-in course to Graduation Studio.
Congratulations again to Griffen and Trent.
