Jane Carthey, Director of CHAA recently participated in a planning principles workshop for St Vincent’s Mater Health Service looking at the future of the St Vincent’s Campus in Darlinghurst. The presentation was on the topic of how good design can assist with customer centric care. The purpose of their planning process is twofold:
1. To identify the future service needs of the communities served by SVMHS and how best to respond to those needs; and
2. To look at the types of buildings and technologies needed to deliver high quality health care in the future.
