The School of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person to the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Pure Mathematics.  

The successful applicant will make strong contributions to the research and teaching activities of the department. While applicants with interests in any areas of pure mathematics are welcome, preference will be given to those who can contribute to the department's established research groupings. In particular, a strong preference will be given to appointing a candidate with research expertise in modern analysis.  Applicants must show a clear ability to teach effectively across a wide range of the department's course offerings. These include both specialist and service teaching at a variety of levels.

 
This is a full-time continuing position.
