Congratulations to Professor Gavan McNally, Dr Ehsan Arabzadeh, and Dr Steven Most for being awarded a prestigious Future Fellowships grant from the Australian Research Council (ARC). These awards are highly sought after, and provide five years of funding.

Gavan's project was entitled "Placing prediction into the fear circuit", Ehsan's project was entitled "Neuronal and behavioural correlates of sensory adaptation", and Stephen's project was entitled "How emotion shapes perception: delineating structural, temporal, and representational properties of emotion-induced blindness".

As noted on the ARC website, these awards aim "to attract and retain the best and brightest mid-career researchers".
