The School is thrilled to announce that Dr Catherine Greenhill has been awarded the 2013 UNSW Faculty of Science June Griffith Fellowship for Academic Women in Leadership.

This prestigious fellowship aims to provide opportunities for women at Levels B and C to develop and strengthen their research and provide teaching relief, preparing them for promotion to Levels C and D in the near future.

Dr Greenhill first joined the School a decade ago as a Lecturer, and made a quick progression to Senior Lecturer. In addition to her teaching and research activities, which include her membership of the School’s Combinatorics research group, she is highly involved in the School via her association with several committees and events. As the School Webmaster, Dr Greenhill spearheaded the School’s innovative website revamp project. She is the current President of the Combinatorial Mathematics Society of Australasia.

Dr Greenhill’s impressive achievement is a strong testament to her hard work and dedication. Head of School Bruce Henry said that it is “a wonderful recognition of Catherine's research and teaching excellence”.

Congratulations, Catherine!
