Alexie-Glass Kantor announced Encounters curator, Art Basel Hong Kong

Graduate Alexie-Glass Kantor has been announced as the curator of the Encounters sector for Art Basel Hong Kong which will take place 13- 17 March, 2015.
Encounters was previously curated by Yuko Hasegawa, chief curator of Tokyo’s Museum of Contemporary Art. It presents sculptures and installations from leading international artists.
Glass-Kantor is a specialist in art of the Asia Pacific region and is the executive director of Artspace, a board director of NAVA and the deputy chair of the Contemporary Art Organisations of Australia.
