Professor Sarah Kenderdine and the iCinema Centre for Interactive Research team have been working with the Museum of Victoria's Director of Engagement Tim Hart to lead the design of an interactive digital browser for the Museum.

The digital browser, mARChive, is a world-first opportunity for visitors to the museum to see 80,000 previously unseen objects from the Museum of Victoria's extensive collections.

Many museums are only ever able to exhibit a small percentage of their collections, and this immersive cinematic experience has the potential to revolutionise traditional gallery going and museum practices.
