La Lune announced as finalist in Australian Event Awards 2014

La Lune: Energy Producing Art, curated by UNSW Art & Design staff Allan Giddy has been announced as a finalist in the Australian Event Awards 2014.

La Lune was held along the Long Reef Headland on Sydney’s northern beaches in May, 2014. The night sculpture walk featured art produced by and in response to the environment.

UNSW Art & Design staff and graduates Bonita Ely, Alex Byrne, Martin Sims, Louisa Dawson and Francois Breuillaud-Limondin also exhibited work in La Lune.

The winners of the Australian Event Awards 2014 will be announced on 11 November, 2014.
