Lucy Simpson announced as ACCELERATE programme recipient

Bachelor of Design graduate Lucy Simpson has been announced as one of four of the British Council’s ACCELERATE programme recipients.
ACCELERATE is a tailored leadership programme designed to provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with the skills and networks to generate, take up and excel in leadership positions within the creative industries.
Lucy will undertake a course of intensive leadership training under the director of Mark Wright from People Create. She will go to the UK in November 2014 to participate in a professional development programme of meetings with and introductions to some of the UK’s biggest arts institutions and organisations.
