Are you a graduating undergraduate or postgraduate student planning on exhibiting in the A&D ANNUAL 2015?

If you are, here is some key dates and information you need to prepare and get ready to participate.

The A&D ANNUAL will take place at the UNSW Art & Design campus from 25 November to 12 December. Opening night is 24 November.

Be aware that if you do not register on the Annual Registration portal you will not be able to exhibit in the A&D Annual 2015 at all.

You can get started on the exhibition right now:

1. Registration portal

The registration portal is now open!

My.artdesign.unsw.edu.au

You can access the portal by navigating to the ‘The Annual’ in the header menu and clicking on ‘Annual Registration 2015’.

As well as registering basic information about yourself, you can upload your images, video links, captions and artist statement that will be used for your individual profile page on the exhibition  website and the online catalogue.

Please follow the registration portal instructions closely. Once you’ve registered and uploaded content you can come back and continue editing this content until the closing date. Your changes will be automatically changed every time you access the form. It is important to ensure you do not register twice.

•   The instructions about image quality are very important. Make sure the images you upload are the correct file type, high res, and that the image size is 1920x1080 pixels and larger.

•   Make sure the photographs capture your work in the best possible way: consider lighting, exposure and composition. Remember, a lot of people are going to be looking at your work on the website.

The registration deadline has been extended to Monday 2 November at midnight.

Please note after this deadline you will not have any further opportunities to upload or change information, images or video links.
