· A$68K – A$91K per annum (plus 9.5% superannuation and leave loading)
· Fixed Term (12 months)
· Full-time
The School of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking to appoint suitably qualified candidate to the position of Associate Lecturer.
The appointee will support the first year mathematics teaching online initiatives, conduct tutorials in first year mathematics subjects, assist in subject assessment, administration and curriculum development; and, in accordance with their interest and capacity, may also deliver lectures and engage in mathematical scholarship or research.
About you
To be successful in this role, you should have:
· A PhD or higher degree in Mathematics
· Strong mathematics background
· Demonstrated experience in, or potential for, effective teaching including the ability to develop online approaches to teaching and learning; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
