At the recent 2016 Asia Pacific Property Awards, Hong Kong based Inarc Design Asia Group took out two top awards in the Interior Design category as well as receiving two nominees in the same category.

The first accolade, Best Retail Interior Hong Kong with a nomination for the Best Retail Interior Asia Pacific was for The Members Entrance at The Hong Kong Jockey Club pictured below.

The second award, Best Leisure Interior China with a nomination for Best Leisure Interior Asia Pacific was for The Capital, Beijing Clubhouse project also at The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

These awards were selected from over 900 entries and across 25 countries throughout the Asia Pacific region extending from China and Japan in the north through to Australia and India in the south and were determined in London by an international panel of over 70 judges chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Liverpool, all members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

Also, the achievement of the Nominee status in the above two award categories ensures that both projects will now be included in the World Finals of the International Property Awards to be held in London, United Kingdom in December 2016.

UNSW Built Environment alumni and Inarc’s Managing Director, Terry A. Spinolo said, “We believe that the above achievements continue to reinforce and support our vision to be a creative, quality driven design firm in the disciplines of both interiors and architecture within the hospitality, residential, corporate and retail markets for qualified clients in Hong Kong, Asia and selected international locations.”

Spinolo founded Inarc in 1988 with “the goal to provide quality design consultancy services in both interiors and architecture.” At the time it was considered a bold move to mix architecture and interiors in the one practice but it was a move that has paid off many times. Spinolo business has covered projects in 12 countries such as Singapore, Switzerland, China, UK, France, India and Taiwan in industries such as hospitality, corporate, residential and retail.

Spinolo and his team have a long history of winning awards and have been consistently winning prestigious International Property Awards since 2011. On these latest awards, Spinolo said, “On behalf of my team, we wish to again sincerely thank and acknowledge all our special clients past, present and soon to be who, without their wonderful support and a shared passion for creative, quality-orientated design solutions, would not make these achievements possible.  Finally, we also wish to acknowledge and thank all the various consultants, contractors and suppliers together with the project photographers who have greatly contributed to the overall success of our projects.”
