Year 6 Mathematician Visit
Last week, one of our Year 6 maths groups was joined by an applied mathematician from UNSW.
Students were able to use algebraic formulas and drew upon their ability to ‘Work Mathematically’.
The class enjoyed Adelle's lesson predicting their height at a certain age. They learnt how plot on a graph and draw a line of best fit applying maths to a real world scenario.
