Professor Julie Cogin, Director of AGSM @ UNSW Business School and Deputy Dean UNSW Australia Business School has been named in the diversity category for this year's Australian Financial Review & Westpac 100 Women of Influence Awards.

Now in its fifth year, the awards identify and celebrate bold, energetic women who capture the spirit of progress, helping shape a vibrant, inclusive, economic and social future for Australia.

“UNSW Business School is immensely proud that Julie Cogin has been named as one of Westpac's top 100 Women of Influence,” said Professor Chris Styles, Dean of the UNSW Business School. “She joins an amazing group of women working tirelessly to create a more diverse workforce and community.”

Also nominated include UNSW Business School alum Alison Green, the CEO of Pantera Press, for Business enterprise, and Moyà Dodd, a partner at Gilbert and Tobin, in the Arts, Culture and Sport category.

The overall and category winners will be announced at the Australian Financial Review & Westpac 100 Women of Influence Awards gala dinner, at Sydney Town Hall, on Thursday October 27, 2016.
