Ten students of UNSW Mathematics and Statistics were awarded at a lunchtime prize-giving ceremony today in the Red Centre.
Awards are conferred annually to our most outstanding undergraduate students, and this year's honours (awarding students for 2017 achievements) included three Women in Mathematics & Statistics prizes, two awards sponsored by Weatherzone, and a Head of School Prize. Among this year's winners, standout students were Alan Loi who took out three prizes, plus Marley Young and Angus McLean-Smith who both received two prizes each.
