First UNSW Computer Careers Expo for 2019

The first UNSW Computer Careers Expo for 2019 was held on Thursday, 28 March at Leighton Hall, Scientia Building. With over 470 tickets booked to attend the free event, it was a premier networking opportunity for students to meet and even elevator pitch for their dream role! Eighteen companies sponsored the latest expo, including Google, Atlassian, Macquarie Group, ResMed, Department of Defence, Commonwealth Bank, Amadeus, Rokt, Jane Street, Exablaze, Optiver, ThoughtWorks, Honeywell, Ribit, IMC Financial, Cog Systems, Arista and and Wipro.
During the three hour event, students were able to learn more about working at these organisations, and how they could contribute their skills to employers from different industries.
Held twice a year, the second UNSW Computer Careers Expo will be held at Leighton Hall on Wednesday 18th September, 2019.
