David Angell is promoted

Congratulations to David Angell, who has been promoted to Academic Level B. 

Dr Angell has worked at UNSW Mathematics and Statistics for more than three decades. During this time, he has become a highly respected and popular lecturer. 

Dr Angell is an active member of the School community and our outreach efforts. He is the problem editor for our online journal Parabola, the Academic Advisor of the Mathematics Drop-in Centre, a member of the Learning and Teaching Committee, and has been involved in our Professional Development Days and Girls Do the Maths workshops. 

Announcing Dr Angell's promotion, Head of School Bruce Henry said, "David is one of the finest lecturers in the School and he has contributed enormously to secondary school mathematics enrichment".
