HDR Student of the Month: Introducing Ashleigh J. Chandra, a doctoral student who is pursuing a PhD to investigate physical activity, falls and tailored falls prevention methods for older Australians living with vision impairment.
Ashleigh has experience in visual neuroscience and retinal anatomy and is now focusing on public health research for her PhD studies. Ashleigh’s current research will provide evidence about the effectiveness, implementation and scalability of falls prevention strategies in a community setting for older Australians living with vision impairment.
