2021 Award winners from the School of Minerals and Energy Resources revealed

UNSW School of Minerals and Energy Resources Engineering held our annual awards event on Thursday 9th June to recognise the outstanding performances of students in courses in 2021.
Professor Ian Gibson, Deputy Dean, Industry Engagement, Innovation & Research officially welcomed all attendees. Opening and closing remarks were announced by Head of School, Professor Ismet Canbulat.
Our undergraduate students, Claudia Agustine, Duncan Slater and Liam Brunton announced the awards and the recipients as Masters of Ceremony. A special presentation was given by Seonik Cho on the Over the Dusty Moon competition where the UNSW team claimed third place.
Head of School, Ismet Canbulat praised the winners. “Congratulations to the students and we look forward to seeing them build on their achievements.”
