Vale Professor Stephen Castles

The Kaldor Centre is deeply saddened by the passing of Professor Stephen Castles, who was a generous and supportive friend of the Centre and a former Advisory Committee member. Stephen’s scholarship was vast, erudite and incisive, with enormous global influence. He was a true intellectual, and a thoroughly kind and decent man. He will be missed.
