Widespread use of non-disclosure agreements in Australia is 'protecting serial predators'

Rather than protect victims of sexual harassment and discrimination, Australia’s patchwork system of non-disclosure agreements shields predators and exposes others to repeat behaviour, Kingsford Legal Centre’s Director Emma Golledge says.
