'Shaping the Future of Community Health' UNSW’s International Centre for Future Health Systems (ICFHS) invites you to the Community Health Navigator Forum 2025 on 3 June at Sydney Masonic Centre — a landmark event dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative, community-led approaches.
Held on Tuesday 3 June 2025 at the Sydney Masonic Centre, this full-day forum will explore emerging models of delivery, showcase leading research, and establish a collaborative framework to advance the role of Community Health Navigators in Australia. Convened by Emeritus Professor Mark Harris AO and Adjunct Associate Professor Elizabeth Harris AM. The event will bring together policymakers, health professionals, researchers, consumers, and academics to identify priorities, build capacity, and sustain this vital workforce.
