We had the distinct pleasure of welcoming Dr Myoung Gyun Shin and Dr Inhyeon Jeong from POSCO Technical Research Laboratories to the UNSW SCoPE Lab for Green Metals.
Yesterday, UNSW Sydney was honoured to host Dr Myoung Gyun Shin and Dr Inhyeon Jeong from POSCO Technical Research Laboratories for an engaging session centred on the future of sustainable metallurgy.
Led by Prof Yansong Shen, the meeting facilitated a valuable exchange between UNSW researchers and our industry guests. The comprehensive discussions focused on advancing green metals, low-carbon ironmaking, and the broader implementation of green iron and steel technologies. Both teams also shared crucial research progress regarding process metallurgy and innovative resource recycling methods.
