NITV Media Mentoring Program

Our Senior Research Fellow Peta MacGillivray was recently hosted by National Indigenous Television (NITV) for their 10^th annual Media Monitoring Program, delivered in partnership with the Australian Science Media Centre. The opportunity came via DVCI, and across the two days, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander academics gained practical insights into the media industry’s while sharing their research and creating the conditions for Indigenous research voices represented in the media.
