Description
The Tecan Duo Digital Dispenser provides rapid, non-contact dispensing of cells, compounds and reagents directly into multi-well plates. Digital dispensing enables precise dose-response, screening and assay miniaturisation workflows while reducing reagent consumption and eliminating serial dilution. Single- and multi-cell dispensing additionally supports low-input and cell-based experimental workflows.

• Non-contact microfluidic dispensing
• Reagent dispensing from picolitre to microlitre volumes
o Minimum reagent dispense volume as low as 8pL with compatible dispense heads
• Dispensing into 12- to 1536-well plate formats and compatible custom substrates
• Supports DMSO, aqueous solutions, biomolecules, small molecules and master mixes using appropriate dispense cassettes
• Single- and multi-cell dispensing from 1-25 cells per well
o Cell dispensing compatible with a broad range of cell types approximately 7-25μm in diameter
o Rapid, direct-to-well dispensing without serial dilution
