Definitive Endoderm
iPSC-derived definitive endoderm cells

Description
Definitive Endoderm derived from pluripotent stem cells can be leveraged to give rise to important tissues such as lung, liver, pancreas and intestines. For those tissues with established protocols, these cells can be used to create reproducible organoids, whilst for those without an established protocol they can be a robust, reproducible starting material for optimisation of culture conditions.
