Description

Ella is a Simple Plex fluorescence benchtop reader with microfluidic cartridges used for either pre-kit immunoassays or research development of immuno assays using the biotin/digoxigenin system.

This instrument is located in the E26 building.

Cartridges

  • Cartridges come with 16, 32, or 72 sample wells
  • Can be purchased for Simple Plex, multianalyte, multiplex or customisable kits
  • Assay kits are available from the website: https://www.bio-techne.com
  • 2.5 -25 µl of sample can be used
  • Provides triplicate resutls per sample
  • Standard curves and post analysis software available
