Shimadzu GPC HPLC

A chromatography system for fractionation and molecular weight separation.
Personalise
Bioanalytical Mass Spectrometry Facility

Description

The Shimadzu Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) system is used to separate and give size distributions of polymers. The instrument uses THF as an isocratic eluent, and all samples must be dissolved in THF for use on this system.

The instrument is capable of separating molecular weights of 150 to 1000000 Da.
