Description

The Thermo Q Exactive UHMR (Ultra-High Mass Range) Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer offers unparalleled sensitivity and mass resolution for high m/z analyses. It excels in native, intact mass, and top-down analyses, providing detailed insights into complex biomolecules. This instrument is ideal for structural biology and biopharma research, enabling the study of large protein assemblies and their interactions with high accuracy and efficiency. With an ultra-high mass range (up to 80,000 m/z), it features high resolution (up to 200,000 FWHM at m/z 400), sensitivity, and charge detection capabilities.

The instrument supports native mass spectrometry and top-down analysis, making it ideal for structural biology and biopharmaceutical research. It includes in-source trapping for better ion transmission and high-performance quadrupole precursor ion selection.

The Q Exactive UHMR provides detailed insights into complex macromolecules and protein assemblies.
