The MERSCOPE from Vizgen is a high-resolution in situ platform powered by MERFISH technology that maps and quantifies RNA species in tissues at single-cell resolution, enabling detailed spatial genomics analysis. It supports flexible experimental setups with customizable gene panels, enhancing cost efficiency and research productivity.
