Description

Rabi is a 400 MHz Bruker Avance III HD NMR system fitted with a Prodigy cryoprobe.

Specifications

It is equipped with:

  • Ultra shielded magnet 
  • Nitrogen cooled Cryoprobe (Prodigy) 
  • A multinuclear experiments from15N to 31P. 
  • z-gradient for gradient enhanced experiments · Variable temperature experiments (-40 to +80oC) 
  • Auto-sample changer (Sample Case 60 Plus)

Applications

  • 1D high-sensitivity, direct detection of many nuclei including 1H and 13C 
  • Especially useful for 2D gradient enhanced experiments 
  • Multiple sample acquisition using the auto-sampler
  • Runs automation 24/7
