Description
Rabi is a 400 MHz Bruker Avance III HD NMR system fitted with a Prodigy cryoprobe.
Specifications
It is equipped with:
- Ultra shielded magnet
- Nitrogen cooled Cryoprobe (Prodigy)
- A multinuclear experiments from15N to 31P.
- z-gradient for gradient enhanced experiments · Variable temperature experiments (-40 to +80oC)
- Auto-sample changer (Sample Case 60 Plus)
Applications
- 1D high-sensitivity, direct detection of many nuclei including 1H and 13C
- Especially useful for 2D gradient enhanced experiments
- Multiple sample acquisition using the auto-sampler
- Runs automation 24/7
