This project aims to develop algorithms to uncover the molecular drivers of cellular evolution, using single-cell multi-omics data. Understanding how cells evolve is critical for deciphering healthy development and understanding how immune cells respond to disease. Existing methods overlook key interactions between genes and neglect multi-layered molecular data. By developing innovative models that integrate these interactions and data types, the project will identify drivers of cellular changes.
