Juno AI is building large language models that help students develop reasoning skills rather than simply providing answers.
-
Juno AI builds large language models to guide students through reasoning rather than give away answers. A suite of tools, including the DCC compiler, meets students where they are in their existing workflows and integrates with learning management systems. All student data remains private on Juno’s sovereign infrastructure rather than offshore clouds. Institutions either pay per token or license models for self-hosting. There is also a suite of specialised tool add-ons.
-
Educational institutions are adopting AI at scale, but general-purpose AI tools hand students answers instead of teaching them to think. Learning erodes, problem-solving skills atrophy and educators lose visibility into student reasoning. Sending sensitive student data to international cloud platforms also creates privacy and sovereignty risks for institutions.
-
Education institutions that deploy AI at scale, such as universities, schools and training providers. Juno's first beachhead is university computer science and STEM departments already running its tools.
-
- >662,000 educational AI explanations delivered to >17,400 students
- AU$500K raised in non-dilutive funding (grants)
- Deployed in production in university computer science courses via the DCC toolchain
