Abood is a PhD researcher at the UNSW-Sydney, and his thesis focuses on the area of Smart Sustainable Cities. He is investigating the application that supports the implementation of AI, Machine learning and citizens' participation in Saudi Arabia. He holds a master's degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA. Previously he worked as a lecturer at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, KSA (IAU) and taught various courses in Architecture, Urban Design and Real Estate.
Abood's research interests are, Smart_Cities, AI, Machine_learning, Real_Estate, Urban_Design, Citizens_Participation, and Property_Management.
