Amanda Roxburgh is employed as a Senior Research Officer with NDARC. She has 10 years experience in drug and alcohol research, analysing large population level survey data. She is currently the co-ordinator of the National Illicit Drug Indicators Project, that monitors trends in alcohol and other drug-related harms, and has previously worked as NSW coordinator on the Illicit Drug Reporting System (IDRS). She has a Masters in Criminology and is also a Clinical Psychologist. Her research interests include comorbid mental health and drug use problems among marginalised populations (including people who inject drugs and street-based sex workers) and monitoring trends in illicit drug-related harms in Australia.
