Amirali is a Professor in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW. His research focuses on the role of individual differences (especially personality and emotional intelligence) and psychological processes, in how people feel, think, and behave at work. He is also interested in research methods.
Amirali has taught courses on human resource management, quantitative methods, thinking skills, organisational behaviour, and psychological assessment.
