Andrew Kinsela is a Research Associate in the Water Research Centre, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. His research interests include:

  • Environmental analytical chemistry; particularly in relation to examination of fate of trace inorganic contaminants, their bioavailability and potential remediation
  • Physico-chemical properties of colloids, specifically regarding problem contaminant transport issues e.g. the movement of uranium in engineered clay barriers
