Dr. Andrew Valentine is a Senior Lecturer at UNSW Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in management and economics from UNSW Sydney and an MBA (Executive) from AGSM@UNSW Business School. His research interests focus on corporate governance and strategic management, including CEO succession, and have featured in international publications including those of the Academy of Management and IZA–Institute for Labor Economics. Andrew has also gained over two decades’ professional and managerial experience in the leadership development and assessment industries in Australia and the United Kingdom.
