BAppSc (Human Movement and Health Studies), University of South Australia
I am currently a lecturer in Exercise Physiology at UNSW, and an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist, with specialist training in cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET).
I am also currently undertaking my PhD, researching the use of exercise to optimise patient health before major elective surgery. I have an honorary role at University College London Hospital (UCLH) where I am the principal investigator for the BARI-Prehab RCT, investigating the impact of a telehealth prehabilitation program in patients from three London hospitals (UCLH, Whittington Health NHS Trust and Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust) who are awaiting bariatric surgery.
